Under the authority of West Virginia code Chapter 7, Article 7, Section 6e   Code Reference    after the 30th day of June, 2005, it shall be the duty of the County Assessor and his or her deputies, at the time of making personal property assessments, to assess and collect an assessment of $1.00 on all breeding age sheep and $1.00 on all breeding age goats.
