The Berkeley County Council will meet as a Board of Review and Equalization in Suite 205 of the County Council Chambers, 400 West Stephen Street, Martinsburg, WV as follows:

February 16, 2023 is the LAST date to submit an Appeal / Petition For Review of Property Appraisal.

*** During the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Assessor's Office is open for business and will be serving taxpayer's requests. However, we strongly encourage all taxpayers to mail completed forms into the Assessor's office. Forms MUST be filled out completly to be processed.

Dog Tags expire September 30th each year. Purchase new dog tags from the Assessor starting July 1st.
